What was built: A full-stack AI acquisition intelligence platform with three access tiers (Trial/Full/Admin), real-time IQ scoring engine, Facilities Explorer with 4,880+ indexed SNFs, VERA AI autonomous outreach agent, MARSHAL data verification console, end-to-end deal pipeline with built-in NDA e-signing, and admin command center. Backend includes 22 API route modules, CMS/HCRIS/EDGAR data ingestion pipelines, Perplexity AI integration, and a 6-signal scoring engine.
HIPAA compliant. HMAC session tokens. Tier-based access controls. FCRA/CCPA compliant. No hardcoded credentials.
TRAX CRM — Referral Management for SNFs
A multi-tenant referral management and communications platform for skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities. Currently in active development — live demos delivered, client evaluating feature direction.
What it solves: SNFs and post-acute care facilities lose referrals because tracking is manual, siloed, and slow. TRAX CRM provides a single system for referral intake, real-time census/occupancy monitoring, multi-facility management, and internal communications (TRAX Connect™). Two demo tracks presented — Admin view (full facility oversight) and Marketer view (referral pipeline management).
